Request for Mailing Address Change forms are used to change only the parcel’s mailing address used for assessment correspondence and mailing property tax notices. Ownership, actual physical address, and legal descriptions cannot be changed unless a conveyance document has been filed and recorded in the West Feliciana Clerk of Court’s Office.
